Product Delivery
The associates of the onlinefishsales.com exercise reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery of the ordered product. The products are usually transported by delivery partners in cooling bags or with ice packs, so as to maintain the product quality.
- Delivery Responsibility: The product delivery is aassigned as the responsibility of the retailer/seller or the associated delivery partner from whom the customer made the purchase.The delivery kilometer radius and charges as decided by each seller shall be applicable.
- Delivery Timings: The fishes available in stock will be delivered on the same day as per the delivery time slots selected by the customers. Items shown as pre-order or under advance booking will be delivered on the next day as per the delivery time slots chosen by the customer. Delivery time slots are shown in the home page or with each products of onlinefishsales.com.
- Delivery and Payment collection: Online payment along with cash on delivery options as applicable shall be made available as per the sellers decision.
Cancellation, Returns, Refunds: The ordered or booked products can be cancelled before the product is processed (sliced/cleaned) by the seller. Cancellation after product dispatch is not possible. Due to perishable nature of fish and logistics arrangements product returns and refunds are not available. However, in case of issues, the customer can convey the feedback through the form or call and the same shall be discussed with the associates, so as to avoid repetition of the issue.
